While this program isn't a 'diet,' we know that by removing inflammatory food groups and reducing your intake of any processed foods, your body will be able to burn fat more effectively.
To reap the full benefits of the Clean Eating Plan, we recommend abstaining from alcohol for 14 days. For coffee, we strongly recommend reducing your daily intake to no more than 1, preferably organic black coffee.
