After receiving a breast cancer & BRCA2 diagnosis in 2018, and taking hormone blocking medication, was the first time I'd had anxiety that affected my daily life.

I stopped watching some of my fav shows like Grey's Anatomy and A Million Little Things because the storyline was about someone going through breast cancer and watching made my head spin.

Every time I had to go to see my oncologist or go for a screening, my heart would jump out of my chest, I'd have sweaty palms and although I was already on a low dose anti-depressant and took CBD oil in the moment...it helped, but not enough.

So, I started to use more mindfulness techniques...(the one's I'll be teaching you in this workshop!) and BINGO!!

I was finally able to take my crazed, over thinking, overwhelmed, frustrated, scared and spinning mind, like a snow globe that had been shaken up and have it settle down, in just a few minutes!!

And I recently got the opportunity to really test this method, with a scare and 13 biopsies from lymph nodes...and... I was able to stay calm and not go spinning off into the "what if's" which I would have previously done.
