The monthly masterclass with your 3 experts is live in the Facebook Community and is 30-45 minutes depending on the live Q & A.
The monthly movement video from Stacey is usually 15-20 minutes and in your membership hub to refer back to and master the movement of the month.
The weekly breath work videos with Marla are short, sweet but super effective at just 10-15mins, they're also int eh Facebook Group, so easy to access and refer back to.
