We recommend a good blender, especially if you're going to make smoothies part of your new daily habits.

Yes! This program is not aimed at deprivation but nourishing the mind and body with nutrient-dense whole (real) foods. We do recommend checking in with your health care professional before changing anything drastically.

We're not about removing entire food groups, but this plan will help you to reduce some of those inflammatory foods found in dairy, wheat, gluten, and refined sugars.

While this program isn't a 'diet,' we know that by removing inflammatory food groups and reducing your intake of any processed foods, your body will be able to burn fat more effectively.

To reap the full benefits of the Clean Eating Plan, we recommend abstaining from alcohol for 14 days. For coffee, we strongly recommend reducing your daily intake to no more than 1, preferably organic black coffee.

Most recipes can be made in less than 30 minutes (some will take you less than 10 minutes). Many meals can be prepared the night before or at the start of the week, using the batch cooking guide in your bonus section, we'll show you exactly how to do this super easily!

While organic isn't 100% necessary we do encourage to buy organic where possible. We've even provided you with a helpful guide to show which fruits & veggies you can buy conventionally, due to the least amount of pesticides.
