Dirty Dozen & Clean Fifteen

In the video I referred to the dirty dozen - the 12 foods you'd preferable buy organic and the clean fifteen - the 15 you don't need to worry about as much.

My quick tip: If you're consuming the whole fruit or veg, like a strawberry, then go for organic. If you're not eating the skin and it's substantial like a banana, the conventional is fine.
