I thought developing healthier eating habits would involve lengthy recipes, take up a lot of my time, and honestly, I didn’t know where to begin.
Now, I feel so excited about the choices that exist to eat healthier. It’s not hard to do at all.
The resources Karin provided are extremely helpful. I now choose something from 3 simple columns to eat a well-balanced and healthy meal.
I read and understand food labels in the store and intentionally eat now.
