If getting dressed drains your energy, create a “capsule wardrobe”—a handful of outfits that make you feel confident and comfortable.

✔️ Make Food Choices Ahead of Time
Plan three easy dinner ideas for the week. That way, at 6 PM, you’re not standing in front of the fridge wondering what to cook.

Most of us think we need to do more to get our energy back.
