I really enjoyed these sessions! My biggest takeaway is that we are all struggling with some of the same confidence issues that others who have not walked in our shoes do not understand. And the best way to approach this is within yourself. I have attended other support groups that have left me feeling down and dreary about cancer, so I really appreciate the uplifting messages!
