Happy holiday weekend!
Chances are you thinking of grilling this holiday weekend and I wanted to offer you a healthier option to the normal beef burgers.
Have you found ground chicken to be dry and tasteless? Yep, me too!
But I keep on trying to make it work...because I try to minimize my red meat consumption.
This recipe works great with both ground turkey and ground chicken (I highly recommend organic...we don't want those nasty hormones, antibiotics and other toxins in our bodies!)
You can also take away the bun altogether and make a lettuce wrap.
