You thought treatment ending would feel different.

Not perfect.

Just...

different.

Maybe life would slowly begin to feel normal again.

Maybe you'd have:

✨ More energy

✨ More purpose

✨ More peace

Maybe you'd finally feel like you again.

But instead...

You're ending most days feeling like you've been hit by a train.

Some days, even simple or fun things feel harder than they should.

The healthy habits you know would help can feel overwhelming to even think about.

And then comes the frustrating part...

You start wondering:

"What's wrong with me?"

"Why can't I just do the things I know would help?"

And if you're really honest...

You may be tired of being the strong one.

The one who keeps going.

The one who has always figured things out.

The one everyone else leans on.

The one who rarely asks for help.

Because while treatment may be over...

the weight of everything you've carried often isn't.

💛 If any part of this feels familiar...

You're not alone.

And you don't have to be the strong one here.

What If Nothing Is Wrong With You?

Many women leave treatment believing they should be doing better by now.

They wonder:

"Why is this still so hard?"

"Why can't I seem to follow through on the things I know would help?"

"Why don't I feel more like myself?"

The answer may have nothing to do with motivation, discipline, or willpower.

What if you've simply been carrying far more than anyone can see?

Including yourself.

And what if the problem isn't that you're doing recovery wrong...

but that you've been trying to do it in the wrong order?

Inside This Free Live Class, You'll Discover:

✔ Why so many survivors continue to struggle long after treatment ends

✔ The invisible load many women carry without realizing it

✔ Why pushing harder often backfires

✔ What "Safety First. Choice Always. Action Later." really means

✔ Why you're not broken, and never were

✔ A gentler path back to feeling like yourself again

This Isn't About Becoming A Different Person

The women I work with rarely tell me their lives changed because they found the perfect diet or exercise plan.

Instead they say things like:

💛 "I rested without guilt."

💛 "I made dinner without feeling overwhelmed."

💛 "I laughed more."

💛 "I finally booked the trip."

💛 "I feel more like myself again."

Because surviving breast cancer isn't the same as living after it.

And that's what we'll be talking about together.

A Personal Note

Hey, I'm Karin 👋

When my own treatment ended, I thought I'd feel better too.

Instead, I found myself exhausted, overwhelmed, and wondering why the healthy habits I knew so much about after working in health and wellness for over 2 decades... suddenly felt impossible to maintain.

What I eventually discovered changed everything.

Not because it made life perfect.

But because it helped me stop treating myself like the problem.

Today, I help breast cancer survivors feel safe and at home in themselves again so they can create a life beyond survival, without feeling like they have to navigate everything on their own.

And I'd love to share what I've learned with you.

xoxo Karin ☕️
