Strong AND SupportedĀ
A Live Experience for Women Navigating Life After Breast Cancer
Ā
There is a moment many women experience after breast cancer that isnāt often spoken about.
For much of your life, you may have been someone who knew how to push through.
And, let's be honest...you were good at it.
Showing up when it mattered.
Holding things together.
Doing what needed to be done...even in the hardest seasons.
Ā
Strength became second nature...
Ā
But at some point after breast cancerā¦
that way of moving through life can begin to feel different.
Not wrong.
Just heavier than it once did.
And you may quietly find yourself wondering:
āCan I keep carrying life this way?ā
Not because you arenāt strong.
But because even the strongest women were never meant to do this alone.
You were never meant to do this alone š«¶

When Being Strong Starts to Feel Expensive
Often, the first place this shows up is in your energy.
Not just the kind of tired that follows a full dayā¦
but the kind that lingers.
The kind where you wake up and gently wonder:
āShouldnāt I have more energy by now?ā
You may still be showing up for everyone elseā¦
still doing what needs tendingā¦
still being the person others rely on.
And yet privately noticing:
This feels harder than it used to.
Not because something is wrong with you.
But because you may have been carrying far more than anyone realized...perhaps even more than you realized yourself.
š«¶ You were never meant to hold all of this alone.
Being Surrounded Isnāt Always the Same as Being Supported
You can have loving people around you.
Family who cares deeply.
Friends who want the best for you.
And still feel like the one holding everything together.
Still feel as though fully letting goā¦
might not quite be safe yet.
This is something many strong women recognize... even if theyāve never said it out loud.
Imagine what becomes possible when strength no longer has to mean carrying everything by yourself.
When support is allowed inā¦
Many women begin to notice:
- steadier energy
- clearer, more compassionate boundaries
- a softer relationship with themselves
- the ability to care for othersĀ withoutĀ disappearing in the process
This is the space we will gently open together.
What This Gathering Is...and Is Not
This is not a lecture,Ā a traditional workshop orĀ a support group.
It is a thoughtfully held space for strong women who are ready to feel supported, too.
During our time together, I will guide a compassionate conversation about:
š± the hidden cost of always being the strong one
Ā š± why pushing through stops working the way it once did
Ā š± how boundaries can become a form of self-respect
Ā š±Ā what it means to live strong AND supported
Ā š± a first look at the K.A.R.I.N.S. formula for thriving after breast cancer
You are welcome to come and simply listen or reflect.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
Nothing to prove here.
Nothing to perform.
A Personal Note From Karin
After my own breast cancer journey, I came to a realization that quietly reshaped the way I moved through my life.
I wasnāt exhausted because I was weak.
I was exhausted because I had been strong, pushing through many hards seasons without skipping a beat...
And even though I was deeply loved and supported, the exhaustion still ran deep.
Because support around you is not always the same as feeling truly supported within your own nervous systemā¦
supported enough to finally set things down.
Not just brieflyā¦but in a lasting way.
Strong AND Supported was created from that understanding.
Because no woman should have to carry the emotional weight of life after breast cancer alone.
If you have always been the one others lean onā¦this is a space where you get to be held, too.
It would be a true honor to welcome you.
xoxo Karin
