You survived breast cancer...but you're still exhausted.

It’s not because you’re doing something wrong. It’s because no one taught you how to recover emotionally, energetically, or spiritually.

Start here. It’s just 3 minutes, and it might explain so much.

👉 Take the Quiz: Is Your Personality Draining You?

If you’re anything like the women I work with, you’re tired of hearing: "But you look great!"

.....

Because inside, you’re still navigating:

  • Low energy that won’t go away—no matter how many naps you take
  • Brain fog and emotional whiplash (crying at the drop of a hat, anyone?)
  • A deep sense of loss… like you’re not you anymore
  • Guilt for struggling when you’re “supposed” to be grateful

You might be wondering: “Why am I still not okay?”
Or even: “Why did I get sick in the first place?”

💛 The truth? The next stage of recovery starts after treatment ends.

But how do you rebuild your life when you’re still trying to hold up everyone else’s?

It doesn't have to be this hard.

Trying to “bounce back” after breast cancer can feel like a full-time job—especially when no one prepared you for this part.

But you don’t need more willpower. Or another restrictive plan.

💛 You just need support that meets you where you are.

You don't have to figure this out alone 💖

Women just like you are finding the energy, peace, and support they’ve been craving—one small shift at a time.

Here’s what they’re saying…

I feel like I have purpose again.

Before Thrivership School, I was a bit of a zombie—just going through the motions.

Now? I’m optimistic. I feel more like me.

I feel alive again!

I was barely able to get out of bed—only doing the bare minimum to get by. Now? I’m excited to plan, to do, to live again.

I have energy, confidence, and tools I actually use every day.

Thrivership School didn’t just help me recover—it helped me live again.

"These stories mean the world to me—because I know what it’s like to wonder if you’ll ever feel like yourself again. You will. And I’ll walk with you every step of the way." ~ Karin

Hi 👋, I'm Karin, and I’ve been where you are.

(pronounced just like Karen)

After a breast cancer and BRCA2 diagnosis...followed by seven surgeries in 2 years, I thought I’d just bounce back.
But instead, I felt more exhausted, anxious, and lost than ever.

On the outside, I was “done” with treatment.

On the inside? I felt like a stranger in my own body.

I'd spent years holding it all together for everyone else—through trauma, loss, and major life changes—until my body finally said, enough.

That’s when I realized: healing after breast cancer isn’t just physical.
It’s emotional. Energetic. Deeply personal.

I created Thrivership School (don't worry, no homework, grades or mean girls! 😉) to be the support I wish I had—
a safe, trauma-aware space for women to rebuild energy, peace, and purpose after cancer… one small shift at a time.

Because you don’t have to do this alone my friend...
You never did. 💛
