Add an extra veggie for more energy!

After a restless night of sleep, you can bet I'll be doing this today!
 
Here are a few super easy ways to add in some extra energy boosting veggies:
 
🥕Raw carrots, celery, peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, with an organic hummus dip
🥦Steam frozen organic veggies with lunch or dinner
🥛Add spinach/kale or other greens to your smoothies
🍠Make a big tray of roasted veggies for the week and dip in a little each day. Cold on a salad, warm them up as a side with lunch/dinner.
 
Adding veggies, doesn't need to be complicated...you just need to make it a priority for you (hello self-care!) 💖
