Here are a few super easy ways to add in some extra energy boosting veggies:
Raw carrots, celery, peppers, cauliflower, broccoli, with an organic hummus dip
Steam frozen organic veggies with lunch or dinner
Add spinach/kale or other greens to your smoothies
Make a big tray of roasted veggies for the week and dip in a little each day. Cold on a salad, warm them up as a side with lunch/dinner.
Adding veggies, doesn't need to be complicated...you just need to make it a priority for you (hello self-care!)
